Silicone Mould – DRIP CAKE

The DRIP CAKE Silicone Mould is made out of a silicone system specially formulated for use in food and confectionary and complies to FDA regulations.

Make perfect drips every time and don’t risk messing your cake up by chance. Make it out of fondant or modelling paste and apply. Can also be used as a water drip style mould, frozen style mould and much more. Also when you cut the cake you don’t break the chocolate drips. It really is the perfect drip cake mould.

For best results use with flowerpaste, modelling paste, fondant (with tylose as hardener), marzipan and more.

The mould measures 185mm x 90mm.
Drips vary in size – piece is 175mm wide, and drips are up to 80mm long.

Instructions: For best details, tap in small amount of paste with a small rolling pin. Roll gently over the silicone mould and remove excess paste with a blade tool rather than a knife to avoid damaging the sugarcraft silicone mould. For easy release, the sugarcraft silicone moulds can be lightly dusted with cornflour.
