Delivery Information

We aim to process all orders within 24hr business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) using the delivery method selected when placing your order. Most orders are dispatched in the same day if the order is placed by 11am

UK Delivery Methods:

Free P&P or Economy:
Despatched via Royal Mail 48hr or Royal Mail 2nd Class post. Please allow up to 6 business days for your order to arrive from payment being received.

1st Class:
Despatched via Royal Mail 24hr or Royal Mail 1st Class post. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to arrive from payment being received.

Please Note:

• If your order weighs over 2.5kg it may be sent via Courier or Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, which may require a signature.
• If your order has not arrived within the timeframe suggested above,please check with neighbours or your local post office as it has been known for delivery cards not be left unfortunately.
• If you order has not arrived, please be assuredwe will have sent your item as requested and you will have received an email from usconfirming it has been sent. If Royal Mail or a Courier delays or mislays an order it is frustrating for us as well as we have done our best to ensure it reaches you within the timeframe provided. Thankfullythis is a very rare occurance and we will also work with you and the relevant delivery company to try and find or replace your order asap.

International Delivery Methods:

We aim to process all orders within 24hr business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays) using the delivery method selected when placing your order.

Standard Delivery

• The majority of orders are despatched using Royal Mail.
• Most orders going to Europeshould be received within 6 business days, but please allow up to 20 days for your order to arrive.
• Orders being delivered outside of Europe should arrive within 10 days but please allow up to 20 days for your order to arrive.

PleaseNote:

• We may use Royal Mail Standard Delivery, Tracked or Tracked and Signed depending on the country receiving the order. Please Contact Us should you require clarification.
• Your order may be sent in two or more parcels to ensure it is within the weight restrictions in place for the delivery method used.
• Love Partying Limitedcannot be held responsible for any Import / Duty /Customs charges added to your order when it arrives at its destination country.
  This charge is out of our control and it is the responsibility of the receipient to pay any additional fees added. Customs forms will be completed correctly according to the parcel contents and destination country requirements.
  Please take this into consideration when placing your order.

Please notify Party Bag World within 7 days of receiving your order should you wish to return any item/s. Party Bag World will refund any item/s received at our premises within 14 days in its original and undamaged packaging. Postage is not refundable and we advise customers to obtain proof of postage as Party Bag World cannot be held responsible for any damages or loss which occurs to products being returned whilst in transit. Valid refunds will be paid within 3 days of receiving the returned item/s via the same method of payment as when the order was placed.

Delivery, delayed, missing or damaged goods

Customers should ensure the correct delivery method is selected for their order (please see Delivery Information) and by accepting this Terms & Conditions document are confirming they have read and understood the despatch and delivery timeframe for their choice. If an order is not received during the timeframe suggested or is damaged please contact the courier or Party Bag World. Although despatch of an order and proof of postage confirms we have fulfilled the contract, we will liaise with third parties (for example couriers) should a problem arise once the goods have left our premises and would hope to resolve the matter as soon as possible.

Secure online or telephone payment can be made using PayPal or Visa debit or credit card, Mastercard and Maestro card (for which we use use Sage Pay to collect and process transaction information. Alternatively cheques should be made payable to Love Partying Limited. Please note that goods will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.
